Oyster Mushroom... our new favourite main dissert

Mushroom... our new favourite main dissert.

After our project had finished on June 02, 2010, thanks God, there are people still like to over stay.  They have no patent job, but for us is no matter.  Our maid ask to quit too, she will be a grandmom. Of course, I should take over all the housekeeping.  Hmm... that guys help me a lot.

So... to get low payment for daily cooking,  we find new target, hehehe... the mushroom.  Tiram mushroom.  It is cheap.  Just 1500 IDR for one packaging.  Hmm..  Getting 3 packs suddenly run out... My moms like it too much.  Just wondering, I have order again to the Mbak Tun, market share seller. Almoust three days.


Just because we were getting not too much... so finally that guys who ask me to cook it by themselves, they are not to make it to be satay, just french fried with flour plus egg.   Hmm... no problemo.



I cook the soup of tempe lombok ijo Wonosari.  This soup receipt I was 'asking' to uncle Google. First I find a receipt of sayur lombok ijo with tetelan meat, hmm of course I don't try this.   
 I ask again to Uncle Google,  he give me this one.  Sayur lombok ijo Wonosari is very yummy....  not using white sugar, but using brown sugar.  More better result.
